Add New Account (Therapist, Administrative/Front Office)

To add a new account you will first need to log into your account.

Once logged in, navigate to your "Practice Settings" either via the link in the menu on the left hand side of the screen or by pressing the drop down menu (where your name is displayed) in the upper right hand portion of the screen.

In the "Practice Settings" section, you will click the section labelled "Staff", and then click the "New" button displayed in the upper right hand portion of that section.

On the next screen, you will be prompted to select either a "Therapist" account type, or a "Front Office" account type.

Click on the appropriate account type and input the requested information to create the new account. The person you're adding will then receive an email containing a link they will click on to set-up their account.
