What is the Portal Link expiration?
Currently, the credential portal link expires in 48 hours when sent to a patient.
**NOTE: The portal link can only go to one email address. For example, a couple can have one email set up to their client portal. The person with portal access would provide their partner with the username/password. The alternative option to this is to add the spouse separately, sending them their own portal link.
Resend Login Token
If the portal link has expired follow the steps below.
- Click My Clients from the left-hand menu
- Locate the client name
- Navigate to the Client Portal Login section, where a blue text link indicates Resend Client Portal Invitation
**NOTE: Clicking on the text link re-sends a portal email for the client to access again.
