CPT Code Reporting for Providers

Click Reporting from the left-hand menu. Next, click the View Full Income Report button, located within 'Income Summary'. 

Select the desired Therapist and Location from the left menus. Choose the date range and select an additional information for this range. Click Filter. Scroll down to review the Breakdown of Charges and Credits by Code and Fee* report details at the bottom.
