Accepting and Posting a Patient Payment (after the visit)

  1. From the Dashboard, Click the [My Clients] tab located in the row of options on the left hand side of the screen.
  2. Select the client from the list or search for the client.
  3. Click on the Invoice number for the date the client is paying; This is supposed to be changing; invoice number has no meaning
  4. You will now see the invoice; click the [Make Payment] at the bottom of the screen. This will change too. This will open a new screen to enter your payment.
  5. Enter the payment amount and type of payment.
  6. Next verify the information you have entered and [Save Payment].

FOR PATIENT PAYMENTS TO MULTIPLE DATES
  1. From the Dashboard, click the [Billing & Insurance] tab located in the row of options on the left hand side of the screen.
  2. From the billing screen, click the blue button on the top right [Accept Payment].
  3. Select [Accept Client Payment] from the drop down.
  4. Enter the patient and provider and [search].
  5. Enter the total payment amount, type of payment, and date of payment.
  6. Apply the payment to each visit as necessary.
  7. Click [Continue] at the bottom to save.
