Client Portal: My Insurance

Ready to set up insurance for therapy appointment payments? The client portal insurance feature makes defining preferred health insurance options easy.


My Insurance

Clicking this option from the portal left-hand menu brings up two directions: No Insurance or I Have Insurance.


No Insurance

If handling therapy sessions by self-pay, the No Insurance selection allows the user to be marked as private pay and create an additional message to connect with this type of payment for your Provider's office.
**NOTE: When selecting 'No Insurance', this is a permanent selection. Contact your Provider's office if changing payment/insurance options.

I Have Insurance

Setting up health insurance is easy when selecting the I Have Insurance option. Managing Insurance information includes Insurance Policy, Insured's Information, and Referral Information.
