Changing a session charge to Zero 0.00

To change the charge for a patient session that's already taken place to zero: 

  • Go to the Client's Charges/Payment Screen for the Date of Service

  • Click  the Description of the Charge to get to it's details.

  • Change the Unit Price, Client Responsibility, and Insurance Responsibility to 0.00 for everything. 
  • Save the Change
