Federal Guidelines require that a physical location be listed as a claims mailing address, and they do not allow for P.O. boxes to be used. The purpose of this is to deter fraudulent activity. If you need to use a P.O. box as your claims mailing address (Box 33), you must register that fact with our claims processor, Office Ally, in order for your claims to be accepted:
