Claim Rejection - Duplicate Claim RC07

RC07 code rejection is due to being a duplicate claim.

Office Ally has a filter in place that does not allow for resubmission of claims.

In order to prevent this from happening again:

• Go to Office Ally and log in to the secure section with your Office Ally username and password
• Office Ally Website
• Click on the 3 lines on the top left

• Scroll to the bottom locate admin section

• Click Duplicate Filter Setting and turn it off 'permanently'

  
  

• You can now resubmit that claim in TherapyAppointment
