Client Check In

Client Check-In is a requested feature that allows office staff to check-in clients for appointments. It can be used to communicate to other staff within the system that you have successfully checked a client in and they are ready for whatever next step in your office.

How to Check-In a Client

There are two ways this can be done:

  1. As a provider, from the dashboard, click on the appointment, then click Check In Client

  2. As either a provider or front office staff, the appointment popup you can also click on the appointment from the schedule:


How to Determine if a Client has been Checked-In

There are a few ways to see this:

  • As a provider, from the dashboard the appointment will show an icon with a person and checkmark ✅:

  • From the view of the schedule you'll see the icon with a person and a checkmark ✅:

  • Or by clicking on the appointment and viewing the popup:
