Office Locations and Billing Addresses

Office locations in the system contains key addresses used by the practice.

We have service locations, where you see clients, as well as statement addresses for client billing statements.

View or Manage Office Locations

Required role: Owner or Manager

To access:

  • Click (top right)
  • Find the third section titled Service Location and Billing Address
  • Click (top right) to show all your locations:


  • Click (top right of either section) to add a new Service Location or Statement Address
  • Click on a service location to edit settings: phone number, address, POS Code, calendar color, etc

To close a location:

  • Click on the location name, then (bottom left)
  • We will then walk you through the process:
    • Move the future appointments to another office (and specify which one) or don't, it's your choice


Implications in the System:

When scheduling a client appointment:

  • If within defined availability, the appointment will be created for that specific office
  • If outside defined availability, the appointment will be created for the primary office
  • When scheduling, you'll have the ability to choose between the offices, example shown below:
