Adding an Adjustment

Oftentimes adding an Adjustment is necessary.

Follow these steps to locate and manage client billing adjustments.

Add an Adjustment

  • Locate and select the client name
  • Select the Billing top tab
  • Locate and click the desired Date of Service
  • Click the wrench icon, to the right, within the line item details
  • Enter the Adjustment Amount 
  • Save once complete
