Configuring Birthday Settings

Required Role: Owner, Manager, or Provider

These settings are managed on a per provider level.

  • From any screen, click your name (top right menu), then
    • Are you an Owner or Manager? Use the top dropdown to switch between provider profiles:


  • Then click Client Portal (top tab)
  • Find the section Client Birthday Emails and click the (top right of section):

Here you have 3 options:

  • Do not send emails
  • New & Active Clients (based on the client status in their profile)
  • All Clients (New, Active, and Inactive)

Birthday Message Preview

On the client's birthday from their profile, they will receive an automatic system message wishing them a happy birthday. 

The email content cannot be customized and will be in the following format:


mail Subject: Happy Birthday!

Dear Client First Name,

Happy Birthday! Wishing you a wonderful year ahead.

Warm regards, Provider Name
