Client Dashboard Banners are a way to communicate to all of your clients that sign into their client portal account. Your banner will show for all clients after signing in immediately at the top of the dashboard.

Have an announcement about an upcoming closing? Something frequently clarified? You can do so with this.

settings Configure the Client Dashboard Banner

⚠️ Note: To set a Client Dashboard Banner, the role of Owner or Manager is required.

To configure, navigate to:

  • Practice Settings (left menu)
  • Find the section Client Dashboard Banner (a few sections down)
  • Click

  • From here, you can adjust the following settings:

visibility Visible ?

Determines whether or not your banner is displayed in the client portal (yes or no)

palette Color

Determines the background color of your client banner (blue, green, yellow, or red)

speaker_notes Message

Will be the message displayed to clients, maximum 500 characters, also supports emojis! 😁

Once set, you'll see a preview of the Client Dashboard Banner :

This is an example of what your Client Dashboard Banner will look like from the client's end once they are signed in.

It will appear at the top of their dashboard, the first page all users are brought to:

cancel Disable the Client Dashboard Banner

To turn off your Client Dashboard Banner, navigate back to

  • Practice Settings (left menu)
  • Find the section Client Dashboard Banner, then click
  • Change Visible: to No, then click (top right of the section)
