Uploading an Insurance Card / ID
Uploading an insurance card is a handy feature for both staff and when clients are registering.

Uploading Insurance Card: Insurance Already Entered
To add an insurance card, navigate to the following:
- (left menu)
- Click on the name of the client
- Scroll to the Primary Insurance section (near the bottom)
- Under the middle section Policy click the button:
- From there, a popup loads giving you front and back photo options.
- Clicking the camera icon, you can use either:
- Your camera
- Or upload an image for both the front and back of the insurance card
From the above photo, click the camera icon photo_camera for either side, which will reveal your options:
- photo_camera Use Camera
- upload Upload a Photo
- Once uploaded, to retake or reselect your photo, click
- When finished, click (bottom right)
Once uploaded and saved, you'll now see the card in the Primary Insurance section of their profile shown:
Each insurance card on file has icons on the right, allowing different controls explained below:
pan_zoom For a larger view of the card
delete Delete insurance card uploaded
This permanently removes the existing insurance ID card on file
Uploading an Insurance Card: No Insurance entered
At the top left you'll see the button:
- From there, a popup loads giving you front and back photo options.
- Clicking the camera icon, you can use either:
- Your camera
- Or upload an image for both the front and back of the insurance card
- From the above photo, click the camera icon photo_camera for either side to upload a photo of the insurance ID
- Once uploaded, to retake or reselect your photo, click
- When finished, click (bottom right)
Once uploaded and saved, you'll now see the card:
- At the top of the primary insurance editor
- In the Primary Insurance section of their profile
Enter the remaining insurance details for that client and click button (top right):
Viewing the client's Primary Insurance section once updated will show you those details, including the uploaded card:
