Uploading an Insurance Card / ID

Uploading an insurance card is a handy feature for both staff and when clients are registering.

Uploading Insurance Card: Insurance Already Entered

To add an insurance card, navigate to the following:

  • Clients (left menu)
  • Click on the clients name
  • Scroll down near the bottom and find the section titled Primary Insurance
  • Click the blue button shown below:

  • From there, a popup loads giving you front and back photo options.
  • You can opt to either use your camera or upload an image for both the front and back of the insurance card.
⚠️  Note: Both the front and back photos are optional.

⚠️  Note: You will likely also see a popup, asking for permission to use your camera. Press allow in order to use your computer's camera. If uploading a photo this is not necessary: 

From the above photo, click on the blue "camera" icon:

Which will then reveal your options:

Once uploaded and saved, you'll now see the card in the Primary Insurance section of their profile shown:

Each insurance card on file has icons to the far right of them, allowing different controls explained below:

search For a larger view of the card

photo_camera Replace with a new insurance card

This deletes the current card on file and replaces it with whatever you upload:

delete Delete insurance card uploaded

This permanently removes the existing insurance ID card on file


Uploading an Insurance Card: No Insurance entered

⚠️ Note: If there is no insurance entered, click the button:

At the top left you'll see the button:

From there, a popup loads giving you front and back photo options. Use your built in device camera to "scan" what you need from each card.

⚠️  Note: Both the front and back photos are optional.

⚠️ Note: You will likely also see a popup, asking for permission to use your camera. Press allow in order to use your computer's camera. If uploading a photo this is not necessary:

From the above photo, click on the blue "camera" icon:

Which will then reveal your options:

Once uploaded and saved, you'll now see the card shown at the top:

Enter the remaining insurance details for that client and click the blue Save button (top right):

Viewing the client's Primary Insurance section once updated will show you those details, including the uploaded card:
