Print a School or Work Excuse Letter

Your clients may from time to time need a printed medical excuse for work, school, or somewhere else to document their session time with you.

We have a handy tool to generate these, read on for more information!

Printing a Medical Excuse for Work or School

To generate this, follow these steps:

  • Calendar (left menu)
  • Click on the appointment, loading the appointment popup
  • Click the bottom right corner button :

  • At the next screen, review the information and make any necessary edits
  • Here we include the ability to edit the name, date, time, and office location before generating the note:


  • When done, click either or

Printing the note will open a new tab in your browser with the PDF displayed, where you can either print or also download as a PDF with your built in browser controls similar to viewing PDFs on other websites:


Here we also include your practice banner logo image, if one exists.
