* Referred practice must be new to TherapyAppointment and have never set up an account. Once your referral’s 30 day trial period is complete and they make their first subscription payment, you will each receive a credit for one month free (up to $50) applied to your next billing cycle.

How do I find my referral link?

From your TherapyAppointment dashboard (or any page):

  • At the top right corner, click your Name
  • In the dropdown, select $ Refer a Colleague

From here you have two options:

1. Enter your colleague's email address and click
2. Or copy content_copy your unique referral link below with the icon to the right:

  • Once sent, your friend should see an email like below:
  • They'd click and begin the normal registration process

FAQs

All referrals and credits are managed automatically through your unique referral link. We are unfortunately not able to credit your account if the practice you refer does not sign up using your unique referral link.

Only new practices who have not signed up for a TherapyAppointment account before are eligible to receive free credit.

A credit for one month free (up to $50) will be applied to both accounts after the practice you refer makes their first monthly subscription payment.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to carry balances over from month to month. The full balance will apply to your current monthly statement and the remainder will be forfeited.

TherapyAppointment doesn't allow the stacking of promotions - Refer a Practice isn't available to use in conjunction with any other promotions.

You are able to see each referral in your monthly statement after the referred practice becomes a paying customer. We are currently working on creating a page in the application that will list all of your active referrals.
