View your Billing History with TherapyAppointment

Required Role: Only the owner of the group can view and download billing history, as well as view & update the credit card on file with us. Managers and other staff cannot view these details.

View Billing History

As an owner, to view your billing history go to:

  • From any screen click your name (top right):

  • From the popup, underneath your name and practice click

  • You'll then see your profile
  • Find the section Billing Information (near the bottom)
  • Click Billing History (far right):

On the next screen, you'll see 3 main items:

  • Balance on Account (How much you currently owe us)
    • Most times this is always going to be $0.00, unless there is a currently failing payment
    • You'll also see a red alert at the top right corner of your dashboard if you owe us a balance
  • Statement (column): View what we charge, broken down line by line
  • Payment (column): A receipt of how much you paid us for that period (along with a breakdown)
  • Click View to see either a statement or payment

Print a Payment or Statement

From the steps above:

  • Click View for either a payment or statement
  • At the top right, click

  • A new tab will open with the payment or statement as a PDF
  • With it, you can either print or save to your device (example in Google Chrome shown below):
