New:
We made our left menu shorter and easier to manage. Especially on mobile devices! Looking for the missing options? We will describe them below.
Dashboard
Dashboard is simply renamed Home. This is where you see things like Today's appointments, charting tasks, client management, and Claim actions.
Clients
Clients is the same client list you know and love.
Schedule
Schedule has simply renamed Calendar to be more in sync with the rest of the platform.
Today
Today has moved to your Home page! We found this too repetitive to be its' own menu. Looking for autopilot? Click Today on your home page and see the same options!
Messages
Messages have moved to the top right corner
Billing & Insurance
Billing & Ins is the same as before (but a little bit of a new look! more on this later)
Reporting
Reporting is the same reporting you know and love.
Practice Contacts
We have moved practice contacts to your settings.
Practice Settings
Speaking of settings, those are now simplified and in the top right corner (where we think they belong!)
My Profile
We've moved My Profile to the top right corner. Under your name. Click on your name to bring down this drop down:
Settings
Settings are different! We have simplified settings and broken them down into categories to make things easier to find.
Pro tip! We added a Settings Search! Use this to find any setting you are looking for.
Settings Categories
Our settings categories are similar to what you were used to in Practice Settings, but we simplified them a little bit.

General
The General tab has been renamed Practice. Find your Group Settings, Practice Contacts, Service and Billing locations, Practice Logos, Client Dashboard Banner, Social Media Links, Time Zone, and Zoom Integration settings here.
Staff
Staff is the same staff list you had before!
Billing & Insurance
Billing & Ins is the same Billing & Insurance you had before!
Templates
This is your all in one Chart Templates, Online Forms, and Client Demographics!
Security
This is a brand new settings menu. Find your Security & Compliance settings here.
Tip: You will need to unlock the section to make changes, click the unlock button in the top right.
**Only practice owners and staff administrators may change these settings.**
My Profile
My Profile is now called Your Profile. You can access it my clicking on your name in the top right corner.
We broke down your profile into different sections to avoid needing to scroll all over the page to find what you are looking for. Here's all the categories you now have at the top of your page:
Home
Home is still the same dashboard layout you are used to. However, we cleaned it up a bit. Your tasks are now collapsed to make your Home page cleaner. Need to see the details? Simply click on what you want to expand.
Here's an example Click on Uncharted Appointments to expand this section
Billing
Billing is similar to your dashboard. The new look is just a cleaner view of your old Billing & Insurance page. Simply click on any item needing attention to get more details.
Client Profile
We've also made visual updates to our Client Profile- still containing all of the same useful information you need to know about your client, just arranged better.
Read more about these changes on our Client Profile article.
