This Wednesday, March 25th, they almost will. AI Notes will be free for all TA customers for one day, including those already using it.

Simplified: how to use AI Notes:

Enable AI Notes

As an owner or manager, enable the AI notes role in either your own profile or under staff profile settings.

Go to charting

Choose the Progress Note or Simple Note template. To the right of the notes section click the far right button

Launch & record session

You'll want your clients consent to record the session, we have a handy template for this under our online forms section. Once you have consent, begin the session recording (recommended as soon as you enter). End the recording and session.



Go back to your charting page and your draft note will automatically generate for you to review.

  • Make any edits using natural language (edits are free & unlimited regardless of our special day or not)
  • When satisfied, insert into your chart note
  • Review and make any last necessary granular edits before signing and locking the note
