How do I access Inactive Clients?

Accessing inactive clients is as easy as setting a filter from your client list!

Read on for the step by step guide to find your previously inactive clients.

Steps to access an inactive client

By default, the client search displays clients with either new or active status only.

Use the following steps to view your list of inactive clients

Clients (left menu)
On the filters to the right, find Client Status and click on it:
From the dropdown, select Inactive and ensure it's checked (or select all to include all clients):
Then click . Depending on your screen size, it may be at the top (small) or bottom (big):or
The search will then reveal all your inactive clients:
