Steps to access an inactive client

By default, the client search displays clients with either new or active status only.

Use the following steps to view your list of inactive clients

• Clients (left menu)
• On the filters to the right, find Client Status, and click on it:

• From the dropdown, select Inactive, and ensure it's checked

• Then click Search

• The search will then reveal your Inactive clients
