How do I access inactive clients?

  • By default we show all new & active clients, but hide inactive clients by default
  • Accessing inactive clients is as easy as setting a filter from your client list
  • Read on for the step by step guide to find your inactive clients

Steps to access an inactive client

  • Click Clients (left menu)
  • Find the far right filters and click on Client Status
    • On mobile? click the top right magnifying glass first
  • From the dropdown, check off Inactive
  • Add any other filters, then click

  • The search will then reveal your Inactive clients
