New Client Notifications

  • If a provider has notifications enabled, they are emailed when a new client enrolls in the client portal
  • This will include a link to the client profile in the email for context
⚠️ Note: the email notification is only sent to the therapist, not to other staff members. Staff can view new clients under the Dashboard (article)
