New Client Notifications

  • If a provider has notifications enabled, they will receive an emai when a new client enrolls in the client portal.
  • This will include a link to the client profile in the email for context

To enable or disable notification emails about client enrollment:

  • Click your name on the top right of the screen
  • Click your Profile
  • Locate General Settings within your Profile tab
  • Click Edit to edit this setting

⚠️ Note: the email notification is only sent to the therapist, not to other staff members. Staff can view new clients under the Dashboard (article)
