New Client Notifications
- If a provider has notifications enabled, they will receive an emai when a new client enrolls in the client portal.
- This will include a link to the client profile in the email for context
To enable or disable notification emails about client enrollment:
- Click your name on the top right of the screen
- Click your Profile
- Locate General Settings within your Profile tab
- Click Edit to edit this setting

only sent to the therapist, not to other staff members. Staff can view new clients under the
Dashboard (article)
