Legal Guardian
Need to define a guardian for a client who is a minor? Indicate the parents or legal guardian for a client minor, making it easier when scheduling appointment reminders or taking a payment.
Add a Guardian
A guardian/parent can be added as a contact for the client minor, go to:
- (left menu)
- Click on the client name
- Find the section Client Contacts
- Click the button (top right of section):
- From the Relationshit to Client drop-down menu, choose the Parent/Guardian option
- Here you can designate if they're a responsible party or emergency contact
- Enter their information, then click (top right)
