Print the Calendar
Having a physical paper copy of the calendar can be a helpful thing to have. We make it easy to print and generate this list:
- Go to (left menu)
- Choose the calendar view you wish to print (top right)
- Ex: day/week/month, and any filters like provider(s), etc
info The printout includes all appointments in whichever view you're currently on.
Then:
- Hover your mouse pointer over the schedule
- Right click with your mouse → select Print (or short cut command / control + P)
- Alternatively, most browsers in the top menu you can go to File → Print
- Follow your printer dialogue to print:

Included in the printout:
- Provider name
- Date and time of appointment
- Client name
- CPT code
- Location
- As well as telehealth if using our integrated telehealth or integrated Zoom feature
