What are New Clients?

• New clients are any clients created in the system, but typically haven't been seen yet
• Once the first chart note has been locked, the client becomes Active automatically by the system
• You can edit the Status of any client at anytime under their Profile (under Client Status)
  • Statuses: New, Active, and Inactive
