When you begin charting, you'll be presented with this screen:
This information at the top includes other appointment details like:
- CPT code and cost
- Service modifiers
- Start and end time
- POS Code
Below that is the HIPAA Progress Note:
- This template pulls forward everything in the top sections
- This goes from Current Symptoms down to Diagnosis Codes, shown below:

- We support rich text formatting
