TherapyAppointment has two credit card processing options:
- One integrated credit card processor. Ask clients for cards during registration, allow them to update at anytime, charge everything within our system
- Integrated processors offer a low and competitive per transaction fee and percentage. No annual or monthly contracts, cancel at anytime.
- Or any non-integrated credit card processor of your choice

Sign up for our integrated credit card processor. Ask clients for cards during registration, allow them to update at anytime, charge & nabage everything from payments to reporting within our system.

External Card Processing
Done the research? Find a card processor that works better for you given ease, rates, contracts, etc?
- Take your clients payments outside our system with your credit card processor/app
- Then just document the payment inside ours. Easy!
Once set up you can then add cards and take payments.

To access, from any screen click:
- (top right)
- Click Billing & Ins. (top tab)
- Note the bottom section Payment Processing
- Click the far right plus button
