Common Questions:

Can I send the client a receipt via email?

For security, we've opted to not build this feature in accordance to our understanding of HIPAA. Email is risky, so we don't send receipts that way. We keep everything contained within the system, so client data and privacy is secure. The only way to access a receipt for the client is to sign in to the client portal with the above steps.

Are receipts automatic?

Yes! If the client has a portal account and signs in, they can immediately see their payment and receipt with the above steps.
