Welcome new (or existing) users to our system overview page! We aim to cover some broad concepts here, as well as link you to the proper resources to answer your questions!

Top Right Menu

The top right menu is one of the most frequently used areas in the system.


In order from left to right:

JD arrow_drop_down (Your initials) opens up a dropdown with these options:


Left Menu

Another key area in the system, navigating with the left menu

Are you a mobile user or have a small screen? That menu can be found at the bottom of your screen, similar to an app.


Below we go into detail each tab of the left menu. Click on each tab to bring you to that article:

home Home (Your Home / Dashboard)

group Clients (List of clients)

calendar_month Calendar (Calendar view with appointments + meetings + google and external calendars)

attach_money Billing (Billing + Insurance dashboard)

insert_chart Reports (All system + financial reports)


Client Profile

One of the more frequently used areas of the system, and deserves it's own articles as well!

To access, click:

  • group Clients (left menu)
  • Then click the client's name

Note: We also include the Client Account # just beneath the client name in their profile. This comes in handy for non-PHI identification, like with our support team! Example shown above: C000214143

Below we go into detail each tab of the client profile. Click on each tab to bring you to that article:

Profile (Main client profile)

Messages (For all HIPAA compliant messages with this client)

Appointments (For all appointments for this client)

Records (For all records: chart note + quick note + treatment plans)

Billing (For all billing + statements + insurance postings)

Docs & Forms (For all online forms + PDF forms + uploaded documents on file)


Appointment Pop Up

A client appointment pop up is also another commonly used area of the system. From charting and billing to claims, there are a few actions that can be taken here.

Top Tabs:

Summary Shows you the basic overview of the appointment similar to this screen, it also contains Telehealth recordings & the appointment timeline (audit)

Scheduling Allows you to reschedule an appointment, set CPT code & location, change the appointment to telehealth

Chart (Provider only) Begin charting for this appointment, or view your draft or locked chart note

Billing Begin or edit the billing for this appointment, including generating or editing a claim

Claim If generated will show you here as well to review

Right Menu:

Allows you to accept or take a payment for either just this session, or multiple
Begin or edit the billing for this appointment
Generate a Superbill for this visit
Begin charting for this appointment
View the last three chart notes for this client
Add a Quick Note Entry to this clients records
Update or add a new Treatment Plan for this client
Check the client in for this appointment
Print a work or school excuse for this appointment
Print upcoming appointment reminders for this client
Fax the referral source for this client
